In response to rapidly growing demand for solar charge controllers worldwide, SUKITE has completed the installation and commissioning of its 5th SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line at its 6,800sqm manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China.
The new line features the latest Yamaha YSM20R pick-and-place machines, capable of placing 100,000 components per hour with exceptional accuracy. Combined with the existing 4 lines, the total annual production capacity now exceeds 2.5 million units.
This expansion is part of SUKITE's strategic plan to meet the surging demand for solar energy products in emerging markets across Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The company has also invested in additional AOI inspection equipment and aging test stations to maintain its strict quality standards.
